Workers Capital Plans

Of the total people surveyed, 42% have heard of Workers Capital Plans, but among those to whom the programme is addressed, this percentage rises to 52%. This still means, however, that almost half of those for whom the programme is intended have not heard about its introduction.

A bare 13% of the people to whom the programme is addressed say that the subject of participation in Workers Capital Plans has been raised in their company. Most of these people are from larger workplaces, with a workforce of over 250, which are the first to be obliged to set up retirement plans for their workers (28%).

The above data comes from the ‘Current Events and Problems’ survey of May 2019.
