The overwhelming majority of Polish people are happy with their lives, getting the most satisfaction from their relationships with friends and family, and from where they live. Any dissatisfaction most often concerns people’s financial situation and, to a lesser degree, the state of their health.

Over the last year there has been an increase in satisfied people. Record levels have been reached not only for overall satisfaction with life, but also for people feeling happy about their income, material conditions, the course of their work and their long-term relationships. In addition, people are thinking about their future with more optimism than ever.
