Since 11 April 1997, when the Centre for Public Opinion Research special law came into force, CBOS has been functioning as a foundation.
Twenty years is a long time in politics, society and the life of a foundation. A lot has happened during this time.

We wish all our readers, our interviewees and ourselves many more years of fruitful and inspiring research, widespread dissemination of the resulting knowledge about society, and much general interest in the work of the CBOS Foundation.
